Palm Sunday

Palm Sunday, also called Passion Sunday in the Christian tradition, is the first day of Holy Week and the Sunday before Easter, commemorating Jesus Christ’s triumphal entry into Jerusalem and subsequent crucifixion.

Maundy Thursday is the Thursday before Easter, observed in commemoration of Jesus Christ’s institution of the Eucharist during the Last Supper

Good Friday is the Friday before Easter, the day on which Christians annually observe the commemoration of the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
 

Holy Saturday

Holy Saturday, also called Easter Vigil, is the Christian religious observance that ends the Lenten season, falling on the day before Easter Sunday. The observance commemorates the final day of Christ’s death, which is traditionally associated with his triumphant descent into hell.

Giving

Honor a loved one by making a flower offering for the easter season. Flower offerings go to purchasing spring flowers for the sanctuary. Flower offering envelopes are available in the sanctuary.
